How You Can Spot Signs of Lithium Toxicity
Common signs of lithium ........ poisoning that are often reported can include persistent diarrhea, along with the following symptoms........
- Vomiting or severe nausea
- Coarse trembling of hands or legs
- Frequent muscle twitching such as pronounced jerking of arms or legs
- Blurred vision
- Marked dizziness
- Difficulty walking - equilibrium - walking in to walls or faltering with nothing close by to assist you in standing up
- Slurred speech
- Irregular heartbeat
- Swelling of the feet or lower legs
Even if your lithium levels are not toxic, serious side effects such as the above suggest that your dose may be too high or that lithium is not the right med for you.

How to Avoid Lithium Toxicity
(Remember, medical advise in this article was written for those on prescribed lithium medication.)
- Drink plenty of fluids each day, especially water, juice and milk. Avoid caffeinated drinks like coffee and some sodas because of their diuretic effect.
- Do not go on any low salt diets.
- Be careful about sweating too much or anything else that could promote dehydration.
What To Do If You Suspect Lithium Toxicity Symptoms
If you detect lithium toxicity symptoms, do not panic. Follow these steps:
- Drink lots of water
- DO NOT TAKE ANY MORE LITHIUM (keep yourself covered up when outside - avoid outdoor activities when the lithium chem trailing is being done)
- Go immediately to see your doctor or to a hospital emergency room
If you do have lithium poisoning, you’ll most likely be admitted to the hospital and cared for by a poisoning specialist.
Treatment will involve maintaining correct kidney functioning (managing blood pressure, and replacing fluids and salt). Sometimes dialysis is necessary.

Everything You Need to Know About 5G
Today’s mobile users want faster data speeds and more reliable service. The next generation of wireless networks—5G—promises to deliver that, and much more. With 5G, users should be able to download a high-definition film in under a second (a task that could take 10 minutes on 4G LTE). And wireless engineers say these networks will boost the development of other new technologies, too, such as autonomous vehicles, virtual reality, and the Internet of Things.
If all goes well, telecommunications companies hope to debut the first commercial 5G networks in the early 2020s. Right now, though, 5G is still in the planning stages, and companies and industry groups are working together to figure out exactly what it will be. But they all agree on one matter: As the number of mobile users and their demand for data rises, 5G must handle far more traffic at much higher speeds than the base stations that make up today’s cellular networks.
To achieve this, wireless engineers are designing a suite of brand-new technologies. Together, these technologies will deliver data with less than a millisecond of delay (compared to about 70 ms on today’s 4G networks) and bring peak download speeds of 20 gigabits per second (compared to 1 Gb/s on 4G) to users.
At the moment, it’s not yet clear which technologies will do the most for 5G in the long run, but a few early favorites have emerged. The front-runners include millimeter waves, small cells, massive MIMO, full duplex, and beam forming.
To understand how 5G will differ from today’s 4G networks, it’s helpful to walk through these five technologies and consider what each will mean for wireless users.

Millimeter Waves
Today’s wireless networks have run into a problem: More people and devices are consuming more data than ever before, but it remains crammed on the same bands of the radio-frequency spectrum that mobile providers have always used. That means less bandwidth for everyone, causing slower service and more dropped connections.
One way to get around that problem is to simply transmit signals on a whole new swath of the spectrum, one that’s never been used for mobile service before. That’s why providers are experimenting with broadcasting on millimeter waves, which use higher frequencies than the radio waves that have long been used for mobile phones.
Millimeter waves are broadcast at frequencies between 30 and 300 gigahertz, compared to the bands below 6 GHz that were used for mobile devices in the past. They are called millimeter waves because they vary in length from 1 to 10 mm, compared to the radio waves that serve today’s smartphones, which measure tens of centimeters in length.
Until now, only operators of satellites and radar systems used millimeter waves for real-world applications. Now, some cellular providers have begun to use them to send data between stationary points, such as two base stations. But using millimeter waves to connect mobile users with a nearby base station is an entirely new approach.
There is one major drawback to millimeter waves, though—they can’t easily travel through buildings or obstacles and they can be absorbed by foliage and rain. That’s why 5G networks will likely augment traditional cellular towers with another new technology, called small cells.
Small Cells
Small cells are portable miniature base stations that require minimal power to operate and can be placed every 250 meters or so throughout cities. To prevent signals from being dropped, carriers could install thousands of these stations in a city to form a dense network that acts like a relay team, receiving signals from other base stations and sending data to users at any location.
While traditional cell networks have also come to rely on an increasing number of base stations, achieving 5G performance will require an even greater infrastructure. Luckily, antennas on small cells can be much smaller than traditional antennas if they are transmitting tiny millimeter waves. This size difference makes it even easier to stick cells on light poles and atop buildings.
This radically different network structure should provide more targeted and efficient use of spectrum. Having more stations means the frequencies that one station uses to connect with devices in one area can be reused by another station in a different area to serve another customer. There is a problem, though—the sheer number of small cells required to build a 5G network may make it hard to set up in rural areas.
In addition to broadcasting over millimeter waves, 5G base stations will also have many more antennas than the base stations of today’s cellular networks—to take advantage of another new technology: massive MIMO.
Massive MIMO
Today’s 4G base stations have a dozen ports for antennas that handle all cellular traffic: eight for transmitters and four for receivers. But 5G base stations can support about a hundred ports, which means many more antennas can fit on a single array. That capability means a base station could send and receive signals from many more users at once, increasing the capacity of mobile networks by a factor of 22 or greater.
This technology is called massive MIMO. It all starts with MIMO, which stands for multiple-input multiple-output. MIMO describes wireless systems that use two or more transmitters and receivers to send and receive more data at once. Massive MIMO takes this concept to a new level by featuring dozens of antennas on a single array.
MIMO is already found on some 4G base stations. But so far, massive MIMO has only been tested in labs and a few field trials. In early tests, it has set new records for spectrum efficiency, which is a measure of how many bits of data can be transmitted to a certain number of users per second.
Massive MIMO looks very promising for the future of 5G. However, installing so many more antennas to handle cellular traffic also causes more interference if those signals cross. That’s why 5G stations must incorporate beamforming.
Beamforming
Beamforming is a traffic-signaling system for cellular base stations that identifies the most efficient data-delivery route to a particular user, and it reduces interference for nearby users in the process. Depending on the situation and the technology, there are several ways for 5G networks to implement it.
Beam forming can help massive MIMO arrays make more efficient use of the spectrum around them. The primary challenge for massive MIMO is to reduce interference while transmitting more information from many more antennas at once. At massive MIMO base stations, signal-processing algorithms plot the best transmission route through the air to each user. Then they can send individual data packets in many different directions, bouncing them off buildings and other objects in a precisely coordinated pattern. By choreographing the packets’ movements and arrival time, beamforming allows many users and antennas on a massive MIMO array to exchange much more information at once.
For millimeter waves, beamforming is primarily used to address a different set of problems: Cellular signals are easily blocked by objects and tend to weaken over long distances. In this case, beamforming can help by focusing a signal in a concentrated beam that points only in the direction of a user, rather than broadcasting in many directions at once. This approach can strengthen the signal’s chances of arriving intact and reduce interference for everyone else.
Besides boosting data rates by broadcasting over millimeter waves and beefing up spectrum efficiency with massive MIMO, wireless engineers are also trying to achieve the high throughput and low latency required for 5G through a technology called full duplex, which modifies the way antennas deliver and receive data.
Full Duplex
Today's base stations and cellphones rely on transceivers that must take turns if transmitting and receiving information over the same frequency, or operate on different frequencies if a user wishes to transmit and receive information at the same time.
With 5G, a transceiver will be able to transmit and receive data at the same time, on the same frequency.
This technology is known as full duplex, and it could double the capacity of wireless networks at their most fundamental physical layer: Picture two people talking at the same time but still able to understand one another—which means their conversation could take half as long and their next discussion could start sooner.
Some militaries already use full duplex technology that relies on bulky equipment. To achieve full duplex in personal devices, researchers must design a circuit that can route incoming and outgoing signals so they don’t collide while an antenna is transmitting and receiving data at the same time.
This is especially hard because of the tendency of radio waves to travel both forward and backward on the same frequency—a principle known as reciprocity. But recently, experts have assembled silicon transistors that act like high-speed switches to halt the backward roll of these waves, enabling them to transmit and receive signals on the same frequency at once.
One drawback to full duplex is that it also creates more signal interference, through a pesky echo. When a transmitter emits a signal, that signal is much closer to the device’s antenna and therefore more powerful than any signal it receives. Expecting an antenna to both speak and listen at the same time is possible only with special echo-canceling technology.
With these and other 5G technologies, engineers hope to build the wireless network that future smartphone users, VR gamers, and autonomous cars will rely on every day. Already, researchers and companies have set high expectations for 5G by promising ultra low latency and record-breaking data speeds for consumers. If they can solve the remaining challenges, and figure out how to make all these systems work together, ultra fast 5G service could reach consumers in the next five years.

An extraordinary number of former intelligence and military operatives from the CIA, Pentagon, National Security Council and State Department are seeking nomination as Democratic candidates for Congress in the 2018 midterm elections. The potential influx of military-intelligence personnel into the legislature has no precedent in US political history.
If the Democrats capture a majority in the House of Representatives on November 6, as widely predicted, candidates drawn from the military-intelligence apparatus will comprise as many as half of the new Democratic members of Congress. They will hold the balance of power in the lower chamber of Congress. […]
One quarter of all the Democratic challengers in competitive House districts have military-intelligence, State Department or NSC backgrounds. This is by far the largest subcategory of Democratic candidates. National security operatives (57) outnumber state and local government officials (45), lawyers (35), corporate executives, businessmen and wealthy individuals (30) and other professionals (19) among the candidates for Democratic congressional nominations.
Of the 102 primary elections to choose the Democratic nominees in these competitive districts, 44 involve candidates with a military-intelligence or State Department background, with 11 districts having two such candidates, and one district having three. In the majority of contests, the military-intelligence candidates seem likely to win the Democratic nomination, and, if the Democrats win in the general election, would enter Congress as new members of the House of Representatives.
Yet, where does this new development tie in with the Deep State’s war on President Trump?
Kim Dotcom hits the nail squarely on the head.
“The Deep State no longer wants to rely on unreliable puppets. They want to run politics directly now,” the internet entrepreneur tweeted in response to the report Saturday.
WikiLeaks’ Julian Assange sees this new trend as something much larger — rather an unprecedented convergence of power.
“The merger between the CIA, the Democrats, Iraq war neocons, NBC, CNN, and the Washington (Amazon) Post is a baleful predictor for US democracy,” Assange tweeted Saturday.
Intelligence operatives failed to keep Trump out of the White House. Now, they will try to stop him by electing lawmakers to serve inside the government to thwart his agenda.
But Trump’s no fool.
As reported by The Intercept, the Trump administration is still considering proposals developed by Blackwater founder Erik Prince and a retired CIA officer in an effort to provide CIA Director Mike Pompeo and the White House with a global, private spy network that would go around the U.S.’s official SWAMP-INFESTED intelligence agencies.
Reportedly, the proposals would see an army of spies with no official cover in numerous countries that are “denied areas” for current American intelligence personnel – like North Korea and Iran. Included in the proposals is the consideration of creating a new global rendition unit with the goal of capturing terrorist suspects around the world. A propaganda campaign in the Middle East and Europe to combat Islamic extremism was considered in the proposals as well.

Two world wars and a protracted conflict in Vietnam and the American Civil War still remains the bloodiest war in our country’s history. An estimated 620,000 men lost their lives in places with names like Antietam, Shiloh, Gettysburg and Vicksburg — all in the name of ending the great evil that was slavery.
Back then, of course, the Democrats treated Dixie as if it were their fiefdom. When they lost control of the White House in 1860, they were livid. This time they hadn’t lost it to the tepid elitist Whig Party but the upstart Republicans who had agitated for an end to slavery.
By the time Abraham Lincoln took office in March of 1861, seven Southern states had seceded, and four more would eventually join the Confederate States of America.
Four years later, the South laid in tatters, slavery as an institution had been destroyed, and the secession had been a failure. Lesson learned, right?
Well, it may be a century and a half later, but the Democrats haven’t learned their lesson well enough. In fact, after Trump’s election, there were plenty of liberals talking about a civil war.
“In California, the leftist government is practically firing on Fort Sumter. And nationally, these aspiring fascists are especially eager to disarm 'Normal' Americans. Doing so would be an object lesson in who’s the boss, as well as solving that frustrating problem of the 'Normals' having the ability to resist.”
“Do I think there will be a civil war? No, but there could be,” Schlichter wrote. ”Civil war is unlikely, but never under estimate Democrat stupidity and hatred. The Schlichter family learned that lesson a century and half ago, the last time the Democrats decided to try to impose their hatred of basic human rights on the rest of the country when an army of Democrats burned our family hometown.
“Oh, they paid for it and they would pay again. Democrats are 0-1 in insurrections and, if they went for another round, they would be 0-2. It’s a matter of terrain, numbers and morale.”
Schlichter said that those “who think history began when Obama was elected, don’t understand the dangerous game they are playing when they talk about how they want to impose their brown shirt vision upon red America.”
If they want to go to war over guns or over rights or over any other issues, Schlichter notes that in terms of territory, the Democrats actually control very little of it.
“Let’s talk terrain and numbers. Remember the famous red v. blue voting map? There is a lot of red, and in the interior the few blue splotches are all cities like Las Vegas or Denver,” Schlichter says.
That is a lot of territory for a counter-insurgent force to control, and this is critical. The red is where the food is grown, the oil pumped, and through which everything is transported. And that red space is filled with millions of American citizens with small arms, a fairly large percentage of whom have military training.”
Now, the likelihood of this is almost nonexistent. However, with Democrats talking Calexit or attempts at imposing a popular vote in the stead of the Electoral College, things could get awfully hairy. But there’s one last issue Schlichter notes: that of commitment.
“The Democrat threat to peace is based on its policies designed to deprive Normal Americans of their right to speak freely, to worship freely, and to defend themselves and their rights with firearms. If they want to go to war over guns or over rights or over any other issues, Schlichter notes that in terms of territory, the Democrats actually control very little of it.“Let’s talk terrain and numbers. Now, the likelihood of this is almost nonexistent. However, with Democrats talking Calexit or attempts at imposing a popular vote in the stead of the Electoral College, things could get awfully hairy. But there’s one last issue Schlichter notes: that of commitment.

A grimly written new Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) report circulating in the Kremlin today states that the American shadow government “Deep State” sent a “non-subtle” warning message to President Donald Trump yesterday when it imploded by massive explosions the 28-story Capital Plaza Tower in Frankfort, Kentucky using the exact same demolition methods used to implode the World Trade Center buildings on 11 September 2001 (9/11) and that included their exactly duplicating the explosive “boom-boom-boom” sounds reported by New York City fighters occurring in the World Trade Center buildings while they were collapsing along with their exactly duplicating the “squibs” — that are puffs (or jets) of dust emerging from buildings during a demolition caused by the detonation of explosive charges.

According to this report, last month the SVR revealed that Trump loyalists within his government had pivoted their investigation into the Russia collusion charade into one involving 9/11 and that centered on the investigation into the first in history assassination of a US Federal Prosecutor named Thomas Wales who, at the time of his death, was investigating the disappearance of US military thermite explosives that nearly 3,000 of America's top architects and engineers have documented the evidence of proving that they were used to bring down the World Trade Center buildings and that led Trump, on 17 February 2016, to solemnly vow before the American people that if elected: “You will find out who really knocked down the World Trade Center”.
Within 24 hours of President Trump’s Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein traveling to Seattle, Washington on 21 February to announce the reopening of the investigation into the assassination of US Federal Prosecutor Thomas Wales (and offering a staggering over $1.5 million reward for information) that the Bush and Obama regimes had never allowed to be properly investigated for 16 years, SVR analysts became alarmed when the State of Kentucky revealed that a company named Controlled Demolition Incorporated would be imploding by explosion their States tallest building named the Capital Plaza Tower.
Controlled Demolition Incorporated (CDI) is one of the most secretive “Deep State” aligned private US government and military contractors in America that has no SEC filings, no stockholders and no board of directors who during the Clinton regime years prior to 9/11, exploded by implosion 23 high-rise US federal housing projects and whose equally secretive owner, named Mark Loizeaux, inexplicably came forward the day after 9/11 to proclaim that the World Trade Center buildings were brought down by planes — an assertion that could have not have possibly been made as no investigation had yet been done.
Said to be “on speed dial with every US federal agency and office in the country”, Mark Loizeaux and his secretive Controlled Demolition Incorporated operation first showed their “Deep State” allegiance in the aftermath of the 19 April 1995 Murrah Federal Building bombing in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and that they accomplished by burying the rubble from the Murrah Federal Building bombing crime scene before it could be examined —a cover-up service they performed for the “Deep State” after 9/11 by their “recycling” steel from the World Trade Center buildings before it, too, could be examined.
In 2011, however, a former explosives loader for Controlled Demolition Incorporated (CDI) named Tom Sullivan contacted the highly esteemed non-profit organization Architects & Engineers For 9/1 Truth to stunningly reveal his knowledge that the World Trade Center Building 7 had, indeed, been brought down by wireless computer controlled explosives on 9/11 but whose shocking revelations were never revealed to the American people by their mainstream propaganda media.
To the choice of using the State of Kentucky to send this 9/11 warning message to President Trump is due to its being the home of US Senate Leader Mitch McConnell who is described as “a pawn of the Deep State” who obediently follows orders but who, in 2019, will hold enormous power over Trump as he would lead the US Senate trial of Trump should the Democratic Party gain control of the US House of Representatives in the upcoming November 2018 US Congressional elections and carry through on their threat to impeach Trump - no matter what.
And as to how maniacal the “Deep State” is in destroying President Trump by throwing him out of office as soon as 2019 begins can be seen the number of “Deep State” aligned former CIA operatives running as Democrats that has “no precedent in US political history" and whose grim evidence about states:
An extraordinary number of former intelligence and military operatives from the CIA, Pentagon, National Security Council and State Department are seeking nomination as Democratic candidates for Congress in the 2018 midterm elections. The potential influx of military-intelligence personnel into the legislature has no precedent in US political history.
If the Democrats capture a majority in the House of Representatives on November 6, as widely predicted, candidates drawn from the military intelligence apparatus will comprise as many as half of the new Democratic members of Congress. They will hold the balance of power in the lower chamber of Congress.
Of the 102 primary elections to choose the Democratic nominees in these competitive districts, 44 involve candidates with a military-intelligence or State Department background, with 11 districts having two such candidates and one district having three.
In the majority of contests, the military-intelligence candidates seem likely to win the Democratic nomination and, if the Democrats win in the general election, would enter Congress as new members of the House of Representatives.

Nine hundred teachers just got laid off from the Los Angeles Unified School District. They are $650,000 over their annual budget. The following comments by an English teacher help to explain one area that looms large over California's educational crisis. I hope each person reading this will read it carefully all the way to the end.
It is sad what is happening to our great country, and all because our 'politicians' are afraid they will miss out on a vote. What a travesty!
This English teacher has phrased it the best I've seen yet and it should make everyone think, be you Democrat, Republican or Independent.

From a California school teacher....
As you listen to the news about the student protests over illegal immigration, there are some things that you should be aware of: I am in charge of the English-as-a-second-language department at a large southern California high school which is designated a Title-1 school, meaning that its students average in the lower socio-economic and income levels.
Most of the schools you are hearing about are Compton, South Gate High, Bell Gardens, Huntington Park, etc., where their students are protesting – these are also Title-1 schools. Allow me a few minutes of your time to acquaint you with the 'benefits' of these Title 1 students:
Title-1 schools are on the free-breakfast and free-lunch program. When I say free breakfast, I'm not talking about a glass of milk and a roll but a full breakfast and cereal bar with fruits and juices that would make the Marriott proud. The waste of this food is monumental, with trays and trays of it being dumped in the trash uneaten. (Our tax dollars at work!)
I estimate that well over 50% of these students are obese or at least moderately overweight. About 75% or more have cell phones. The school also provides day care centers for the unwed teenage pregnant girls (some as young as 13) so they can attend class without the inconvenience of having to arrange for babysitters or having family watch their kids. (More of our tax dollars at work!)
I was ordered to spend $700,000 on my department, or risk losing funding for the upcoming year even though there was little need for anything. My budget was already substantial, but I ended up buying new computers for the Computer Learning Center, half of which, one month later, were carved with graffiti by the appreciative students who obviously feel humbled and grateful to have a free education in America. (More and more of our tax dollars at work!)
I have had to intervene several times for young substitute teachers whose classes consist of many illegal immigrant students here in the country less than 3 months who raised so much hell with the female teachers, calling them putas (whores) and throwing things that the teachers were in tears.
Free medical care, free education, free food, free day care, etc., etc., etc. Is it any wonder they feel entitled not only to be in this country, but also to demand rights, privileges and entitlements?
To those who want to point out how much these illegal immigrants contribute to our society because they happen to like their gardener and/or housekeeper, and they like to pay less for tomatoes, I say: Spend some time in the real world of illegal immigration and see the true costs.
Higher insurance, medical facilities closing, higher medical costs, more crime, lower standards of education in our schools, over crowding, new diseases, etc., etc., etc. For me, I'll pay more for tomatoes.
Americans, we need to wake up. The guest worker program will be a disaster because we won't have the guts to enforce it. Does anyone in their right mind really think they will voluntarily leave and return?
It does, however, have everything to do with culture - a third-world culture that does not value education, that accepts children getting pregnant and dropping out of school by age 15, and that refuses to assimilate, plus an American culture that has become so weak and worried about "political correctness" that we don't have the will to do what is needed.
If this makes your blood boil, as it did mine, forward this to everyone you know including your Congressman and Senators.
Cheap labor? Isn't that what the whole immigration issue is about? Business doesn't want to pay a decent wage. Consumers don't want expensive produce. Government will tell you 'Americans don't want the jobs.' But the bottom line is cheap labor. The phrase "cheap labor" is a myth, a farce and a lie. There is no such thing as "cheap labor."
Take, for example, an illegal alien with a wife and five children. He takes a job for $5.00 or $6.00/hour. At that wage, with six dependents, he pays no income tax, yet at the end of the year, if he files an income tax return, he gets an "earned income credit" of up to $3,200, free.
Also....
- He qualifies for Section-8 housing and subsidized rent
- He qualifies for food stamps
- He qualifies for free (no deductible, no co-pay) health care
His children get free breakfasts and lunches at school
- He requires bilingual teachers and books
- He qualifies for relief from high energy bills
If they are or become aged, blind or disabled, they qualify for SSI
- Once qualified for SSI, they can qualify for Medicare (All of this at taxpayer's {our} expense)
- He doesn't worry about car insurance, life insurance, or homeowner’s insurance
- Taxpayers provide Spanish language signs, bulletins and printed material
- He and his family receive the equivalent of $20.00 to $30.00/hour in benefits
- Working Americans are lucky to have $5.00 or $6.00 hour left after paying their bills and his
The American taxpayers also pay for increased crime, graffiti and trash clean-up
Cheap labor? Yeah right! Wake up people! These are the questions we should be addressing to the Presidential candidates for either party.
We must take action or we will all go down the drain because a few don't care. And if you think this is bad, just wait until a Democrat again becomes 'President' and the redistribution of wealth becomes the norm in this ex-Democracy.
Provide this information to your family and friends if you truly care aout what is happening to Americans and America!!!!
